The InBody 580 is a professional body composition analyzer, and honestly it is a lot more useful than a regular scale. A scale tells you your weight. The InBody breaks that weight down into what actually makes up your body, like how much muscle you have built, where your body fat sits, how well hydrated you are, and how all of those pieces compare from one side of your body to the other. The scan itself takes less than a minute. You step onto the platform, hold the handles, and a gentle current does the work while you stand there. No needles, no fasting required, no awkward pinching with calipers, just real numbers you can actually use.

What sets the InBody 580 apart is how much detail comes out of one quick test. It shows muscle and fat balance in each arm, each leg, and your trunk, which makes it easy to spot weaker areas you might want to focus on. After the scan we will print out your results, sit down with you for a few minutes, and talk through what everything means.
